The Child Protection and Health Board shall procure a standardised, uniform and future orientated security system with camera monitoring, alarm and access control for all of the Committee ́s 12 locations. The objective is to strengthen personal security for employees, committee members and visitors and ensure effective handling of threat and violence incidents. The procurement will be carried out as an open tender contest in accordance with part III of the Public Procurement Regulations, without negotiations and without access to sub-tenders. The contract will be regulated by SSA-K, as well as SSA-B-Simple for any assistance beyond the main delivery. The contracting authority reserves the right to apply for funds. Ikomm AS is assisting the Contracting Authority in the implementation. A complete description is given in the tender documentation and the requirement specifications (Annex 1A).
