Self-holding holding and positioning system, retractor system (chin holder), during orthopaedic interventions. The system consists of multi-use table mounted fasteners, and with disposable adjustable laces, where the snowrene attaches to the table fasteners and for surgical wound hooks. These are the self-sustaining, resulting in the surgeon even being able to place and adjust the wound shakes without an assistant having to hold them.
